The education provided by VibroKinetix is a combination of both kinetic chain and industrial vibration research.  By combining the two sets of data safe and effective training programmes and protocols can be made.  Vibration can be damaging to the musculoskeletal and nervous systems, so it is therefore imperative that only safe sinusoidal vibrations are mechanically transmitted into them.

VibroKinetix believes that the TrueVibe is currently the best commercial vibration plate on the market; however other platforms that we judge to be safe to use are available to train on at the academy.  TrueVibe has been chosen due to the high standards set by their R&D and the quality of materials used in its construction therefore creating a safe & effective machine to train on. 

VibroKinetix held the first nationally recognised and accredited (Register of Exercise Professionals) vibration courses and have been running them since 2005.  There is however over 15 year’s worth of hands on vibration experience as well as years of scientific data backing up what is being presented.
